We manage a small, carefully curated collection of homes and unique stays along Florida's Space Coast. Some are historic. Some are waterfront. Some are made for big family gatherings, while others are quiet places for two.

They aren't identical, and we don't want them to be.

Each property has its own personality, but every Light Vacations stay is managed with the same intention: to make your time here comfortable, easy, beautiful, and memorable.

We notice the details. We maintain our properties proactively. We listen to guest feedback. And when something goes wrong—as occasionally happens in real homes—we believe the way we respond matters just as much as the problem itself.
