Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Built in 1914 and overlooking the Indian River Lagoon, this remarkable estate has welcomed generations of visitors and residents for more than a century. My goal has been to thoughtfully restore and reimagine Sunny Point Inn as a peaceful boutique retreat where guests can slow down, enjoy nature, and experience one of the Space Coast's most unique waterfront properties.
